Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

Welcome to RxBot. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Medical Practitioner") and RxBot ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering for, accessing, or using our WhatsApp-based AI prescription assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

1. Nature of the Service

RxBot is an AI-powered administrative tool designed for registered medical practitioners in India. The service allows doctors to send photos of handwritten prescriptions or voice notes via WhatsApp, which our AI parses and converts into structured digital PDF prescriptions sent directly to patients natively via the WhatsApp interface.

2. Not a Medical Device

RxBot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our service strictly digitizes and transmits the information provided by the doctor. The accuracy of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and LLM interpretation is not guaranteed to be 100% flawless due to the inherent complexities of handwriting and medical shorthand.

3. WhatsApp Policies and Unauthorized Use

By utilizing RxBot to send prescriptions, you implicitly agree to adhere to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You must not use our service to send spam, illicit content, or facilitate the unauthorized sale of pharmaceuticals without valid medical licenses. Abuse of the WhatsApp API through our platform will result in immediate termination and reporting to Meta.

4. Doctor's Sole Responsibility

As a medical practitioner, you accept sole and absolute responsibility for the pharmacological accuracy, legal validity, and clinical appropriateness of every prescription generated. It is your strict obligation to:

5. Trial and Billing

RxBot provides a 30-day free trial requiring no initial credit card commitment. Following the completion of the trial, continued usage is subject to the subscription fees outlined via our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for delinquent accounts or abuse of our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, RxBot, its founders, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

7. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to RxBot without notice or liability if you breach any of these Terms, particularly instances involving the falsification of medical credentials or illicit harvesting of patient data.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of RxBot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
